Important Information Regarding Deliveries

FedEx Shipping Methods:
Ground (Commercial) delivers Mon-Fri (non-holiday)
Home Delivery (Residential) delivers Tue-Sat (non-holiday)
FedEx Express Services delivers Mon-Fri (non-holiday)

Please note: FedEx Ground & Home Delivery Services operates as a separate entity from FedEx Express.


Signature Requirements:
Although we do not require signatures for packages - it is best to ship to a loction where someone can receive the package.

FedEx (and other carriers) will not leave an unattended package at apartments without doormen, condo units without package center, or residential homes where package will be exposed to the street.

For insurance reasons they cannot make such deliveries.


Lost Packages:
Lost Packages will be replaced by peekaboopumpkin.com once FedEx confirms the package is lost. Package traces can take up to 48 hours from initial notification.


Shipping Delays:
Peekaboopumpkin.com and parent company, Thomas Design Group, LLC, are not responsible for deliveries delays. It is the customer's responsibility to pick accurate shipping to ensure on time arrival. Fees for necessary shipping upgrades caused by timing issues will also be the responsibility of the customer.

We will not refund the full purchase price (including the shipping & tax) if the product arrives late; only the SHIPPING portion if an Express Service was chosen and the package qualifies for reimbursement from FedEx (see below).

Delays can be caused by the following:

2) Weather Delays

3) National Emergencies

FedEx will only reimburse the SHIPPING COSTS for late deliveries due to FedEx processing delays. Peekaboopumpkin.com will reimburse customer(s) for the SHIPPING portion of their order(s) once we receive reimbursement from FedEx. This can take up to 1 month from claim date.

FedEx will not reimburse the shipping cost for late deliveries due to bad weather or national emergency. Peekaboopumpkin.com will not reimburse customer(s) for these types of delays.

Ground/Home Delivery not eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs. Peekaboopumpkin.com will not reimburse customer(s) for delayed Ground/Home Delivery packages.


Holiday Delivery Service
FedEx will generally take longer to deliver packages during the period of time between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
