| Returns and Exchanges |
Our return policy is as follows:
Non-personalized orders,
All non-personalized order are
returnable within 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Prior
return authorizations are required. Please call 1-877-942-5332
to arrange for your return. The return shipping is the
responsibility of the customer. In the case of damage or
defect, the shipping expense will be Peek-a-boo Pumpkin's.
Personalized Orders
We are sorry, but personalized orders are non-returnable.
Damaged and or defective merchandise are an
exception.
Printing Errors
In the event that there is a personalization error, the
following applies:
If the error is on the part of Wicked Expressions, the incorrect
order will be returned at the expense of Wicked Expressions
and a new order will be shipped immediately.
If the error is on the part of the customer (misspell, etc), the
incorrect and corrected orders will be returned to the company at the
expense of the customer and an additional charge of 25% will be
incurred for the new and correct personalization.

| Cancellations |
You can cancel an order any time up until the order is
processed.
Please note: Because our turn around time is
so quick, we cannot guarantee a cancellation will be
accepted after 1 business day of receipt of order.
For personalized invitations and stationary, cancellations
are not accepted once the email proof is accepted and
signed off on.
